What payment methods do you accept?


We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and major Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select areas.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can click the link to track your order in real time.

Do you offer returns or exchanges ?

No. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we will arrange a replacement.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.
